SHIPPING AND RETURNS

If your product is in stock, it will be shipped within two working days with DHL. Because Mhau only works with handmade, natural cosmetics, your product may not be in stock. You will then be informed by email about the expected delivery time.

Because sustainability is important to us, you will receive the order confirmation and invoice digitally.  

The shipping costs for a shipment to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are Euro 4.99. For orders of more than Euro 50,- the shipping costs are free

All our products are made with love and passion. If you are not satisfied with one of our products  you can return our product within 14 days, without giving reasons, at your own risk and expense. After receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
